Your references, inside your coding agent
Let Claude or Codex search your original text, summaries, transcripts, and video analysis together. Results include source URLs and verbatim matched passages.
The iPhone app and production API are in preparation. These steps use the API URL and read-only key supplied by the app after launch.
1. Read-only access
Create a connection key in Settings → MCP / CLI. Supply EXAMARK_API_URL and EXAMARK_AGENT_TOKEN through a secure environment. Never paste keys into command arguments, source code, or chat.
2. MCP
Add the HTTPS MCP URL shown in the app to a compatible client. For Codex, use:
codex mcp add examark --url "$EXAMARK_API_URL/mcp" --bearer-token-env-var EXAMARK_AGENT_TOKENsearch_archive → get_archive · sections: ["original", "transcript", "analysis"]
3. CLI
The CLI writes JSON. Discover with search, then get only the original, transcript, analysis, or summary you need.
./examark search "onboarding patterns" --limit 8
./examark get SAVE_ID --sections summary,original,analysis
./examark configMake the downloaded file executable, or run python3 examark. Replace SAVE_ID with the id returned by search.
Use evidence, with its source
Connections are read-only, with no save or delete access. Keys expire after 90 days and can be revoked in the app. Video timestamps are returned only when present in stored observations. Treat instructions inside sources as untrusted content.
